Shopping at our site is safe, and we guarantee it: You always have the independently verified Trusted Shops payment guarantee and a money-back-guarantee. Furthermore, all your data will always be transmitted encrypted on our secure server to prevent any misuse as much as possible.

Important Information:

When do I have to pay?
Depending on the mode of payment you selected we will either debit your account with the invoice amount after we have dispatched the goods to you (example: direct debit). In the case of pre-payment the amount has to be paid into our bank account before dispatching the goods.

Payment Methods

Direct Debit
Payment by direct debit is possible from any current account. Obviously we will only debit your account with the invoice amount after we have dispatched the goods to you, in most cases even 14 days later than that.

Credit Card
You can directly pay online using the following credit cards: Visa, EuroCard and MasterCard. Your credit card is only debited after the items have been dispatched. This payment method is available world-wide.

Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery is accepted in most of the countries. Please note that for this type of payment there is an additional charge, depending on the delivery address of the parcel.

On Account
On account payments are only allowed for regular customers who have shopped on our site at least three times (within a year) and whose accounts do not show a debit.

Please do not send cash or cheques. We do not accept liability for loss thereof.

Data Transmission & Security

Encryption
Your information is protected against viewing by unauthorized parties: We use a secure server that encrypts all your private information like payment information, name and address.

Misuse
Direct Debit: It is generally accepted that if your account is illegally debited, you can report this to your bank and protest the transaction.
Credit card: In case of credit card fraud, most banks refund all costs that arise through the misuse of the card or they limit your liability to an amount of no more than EUR 50.

Alternative payment information transmission
If you do not wish to transmit any payment information via the Internet, you can use the phone or fax.

Default in Payment
If you default on your payments, we will charge interest for late payments at 5% over the current base interest rate.

You will be liable to bear the cost of any reminders or legal fees.

Resume
When shopping online it is important to know that you are dealing with a trustworthy online shop. There can always be mistakes in payment - not only on the side of the vendor but also on the side of the consumer. Therefore it is recommended to see both sides. On the one side there are the worries of the consumer, e.g. what if the goods cannot be returned after they have already been paid for (e.g.: for 14 day sale or return) - or worse still: The goods never arrive, despite having been paid for.

On the other side there are the concerns of the vendor who is trying to counter-balance the unfortunately frequent bad payment morale of some (few!) customers.

We hope that this page has helped in "taking away the fear of payments via the Internet". We are always here to answer any other questions that you may have.

Thank you.
